Even though the PorcuPad is an excellent product and helps most people suffering from back pain, it doesn't help everybody.  That is why we offer a 30-day (from the day you receive it) money-back guarantee.

In the event that you would like to return it, just email us stating that you would like to return the PorcuPad and we will refund you as soon as the PorcuPad is received. 

Please note:  If you have purchased the PorcuPad and opted for express shipping, the cost of the express shipping ($24) will not be refunded.
